Trading card design involves a unique set of challenges. As is typical, I designed the templates and designated how elements should change with content. The content is added and the templates are modified by production artists based on the instructions I dictate. The opportunity to work with the Disney-Pixar property was enjoyable, and a noteworthy part of this project was having a conversation with a member of the Pixar Studios creative team to gain insight on how the studio perceives itself.
